The Opportunity: You will be a key member of the Program Lifecycle and Portfolio Strategy team supporting molecule teams, governance forums and administrative activities for the function.

Requirements

10+ years supporting at the executive level.
Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information.
Strong organizational, project and time management skills; detail oriented.
Ability to prioritize/multi-task projects and demands effectively.
Willingness to support Revolution Medicines to succeed by thinking outside of the box and job description.
Professional demeanor and team-player while maintaining positive, team-focused attitude.
Proactive and excellent self-initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in biotechnology is highly preferred.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar.
Experience with applicant tracking systems highly preferred.
Experience with project management tools, (i.e. Smartsheets) and communications platforms (i.e. Teams portal development, newsletters) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Managing governance and alignment meetings including receiving agenda requests, confirming attendees, scheduling meetings, circulating pre-reads and posting final minutes.
Scheduling and managing reoccurring meetings for the function including resolving scheduling conflicts, securing a meeting location and confirming agenda items.
Facilitating the annual finance and HR processes for the function including goal setting, talent reviews, performance management and budget planning.
Preparing for business review meetings including obtaining the agenda, identifying content owners, scheduling review meetings and submitting final materials.
Supporting onboarding of new employees including updating meeting invitations and distribution lists, confirming access to key folders and intranet sites, scheduling introductory meetings and providing an overview of our governance process.
Collaborating with other administrative assistance to schedule complex meetings or respond to time-sensitive business requests from the senior management team or Board of Directors.
Planning for conferences including communicating abstracts/presentations deadlines, conference registration, hotel accommodations, meeting arrangements, catering, AV equipment, and other related requests to ensure successful meetings.
Coordinating domestic and international travel including flights, VISA applications, travel documents, car transports, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations and other travel related needs for leadership team members
Providing consolidation, formatting, and/or organization of PowerPoint presentation slides as requested.
Providing administrative support for contracts and master service agreements in partnership with legal and/or procurement to ensure they are executed timely and properly within approval limits.
