Requirements

  • The base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $185,000 annually.
  • The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Underwriting and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to support the ongoing expansion of A&H product offerings and pricing capabilities
  • Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and experience analyses to monitor performance and identify emerging trends
  • Support the annual A&H planning process including ELR picks
  • Lead pricing for new and renewal business in collaboration with Underwriting
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain A&H pricing models and tools
  • Partner with A&H management to evaluate new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain actuarial databases to support pricing and reporting needs
  • Work with external consultants on filing-related matters as needed
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports
