About The Position
The Senior Accreditation Manager (SAM) is responsible for assisting the Directors of Accreditation (DA) with daily operations related to accreditation activities. The SAM works under the direction of the Vice President of Accreditation in conjunction with the Directors of Accreditation to provide exceptional, timely customer service, site visitor education, support, and the continuous improvement CHAP’s service delivery.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- 5+ years of experience in Home Health or Hospice care
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Home Health and Hospice regulations
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a CHAP surveyor or state agency surveyor
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Directors of Accreditation (DA) with daily operations related to accreditation activities.
- Working under the direction of the Vice President of Accreditation in conjunction with the Directors of Accreditation.
- Providing exceptional, timely customer service.
- Providing site visitor education and support.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of CHAP’s service delivery.
