This position is responsible for assisting Managers, Administrators and Command Staff by coordinating policy development; researching and recommending revisions to the corrections, policies, and procedures; and integrating professional correctional practices as recommended by national accrediting agencies. The work includes serving as Project Manager for the acquisition and maintenance of accreditation and serving as the Department liaison to accrediting agencies. This role directly supervises the Physical Security and Safety Administrator.
