Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

About The Position
This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounts receivable tasks with a focus on aged accounts greater than 120 days, payer discrepancies and disputed claims.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of cash posting, billing, Third-party follow-up and collections experience required
- Knowledge of automated business applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet and data base management applications required
- Data entry experience required
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare-related experience preferred
- Combination of education and/or experience in business or related field totaling at least two years
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance preferred
