About The Position

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care corporate team, as well as our franchisees as they make an impact in communities across the country. As the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable for both Corporate and the Corporate Owned Academy. Additionally, the role is responsible for the Accounts Receivable for Corporate including the weekly collection of franchise royalties and brand building fund contributions from the franchise system. This position will also assist with other general ledger entries and tasks. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Bel Air, Maryland.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of related accounting experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with sharp critical thinking skills
Collaborative Team Player
Professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred or any combination of education and experience
Experience with ERP System is preferred
Experience with SAP Concur is a plus
