COOK SYSTEMS has an immediate need for a Senior Accounting Analyst We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to support our Accounting team during the go-live and stabilization phase of an ERP transformation. This role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and continuity of accounting processes during the transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live stabilization preferred
• Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a changing environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations during ERP go-live
• Assist with parallel processing and reconciliation between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion
• Support month-end close activities during the stabilization period
• Identify and help resolve data, system, and process issues
• Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and implementation partners
