  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or a comparable cloud-based ERP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comfort working with large datasets, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple workflows independently and meet recurring deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and compliance-minded, with sound judgment in applying financial policies and escalating exceptions appropriately.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally, hold staff accountable to policy, and do so with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean team environment where responsibilities can shift, and where process improvement is welcomed rather than resisted.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and the Earth Fund's mission and values.
