Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience required
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliations and day-to-day accounting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Able to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment
  • A thorough understanding of all policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the job
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to company’s financial growth and profitability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment with ongoing learning opportunities

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
  • Tax experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial audits by preparing supporting documentation, responding to auditor requests, and helping ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and posting journal entries.
  • Help prioritize and execute finance tasks in a complex, dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute as an integral member of the finance team.
  • Manage business entity registrations and support ongoing compliance-related activities.
  • Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
