About The Position

CAF Management is a results oriented, multi-family property management company seeking a full-time property accountant. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail oriented and operate with a high degree of integrity. This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and VP of Finance, and as the candidate and company continue to grow, this role provides a clear path for advancement. The foundation of our business is built on the relationships we have with our residents, employees and investors. Accordingly, candidates must have a high degree of emotional intelligence and be able to communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms.

Accounting: 3+ years (Preferred)
CPA Candidate (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Leading the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).
Overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes, including performing complex account reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, and analyzing variances.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to address financial issues, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
