Requirements

Proven accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
Hands-on experience working with an ERP system for financial transactions and reporting.
Ability to work accurately with financial data and maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute the full month-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial information is accurate and complete.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial data related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate cost and inventory accounting.
Use Excel to compile, analyze, and present financial data, including reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Work within an ERP system to record, track, and report financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues across finance and operations to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Support internal and external reporting by providing accurate financial information and documentation as needed.
Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating clearly, acting professionally, and supporting continuous improvement in accounting practices.
