About The Position
The Senior Accountant holds a leadership role within the department, understands employee processes, and helps facilitate improvements or training as needed. The role represents Marketing on cross-department projects, handles all BA-level program functionality and testing, and is responsible for customer pricing and programs. The position is full-time and salaried, working in a professional corporate office environment within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- At least two years of experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs.

- Experience in similar responsibilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Project manage Marketing enhancements, developments, or fixes with IT developers.
- Set up material sales views.
- Program all company pricing.
- Serve as the SAP core team representative.
- Manage functionality and marketing efforts for lead time, rebate, and dealer programs.
- Process and support Coop program claims, functionality, reporting, and communication.
- Manage industry partner relations and customer ordering.
- Handle customer communications and marketing.
- Provide backup for lead processing.
- Attend KBIS as needed.
- Understand employee processes and help facilitate improvements or training as needed.
- Represent Marketing on cross-department projects and handle BA-level program functionality and testing.
