About The Position

The Senior Accountant supports the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and government contract cost accounting activities. The role ensures costs are properly classified as direct or indirect and recorded in accordance with established accounting policies and applicable contract requirements. It also supports government contract billing, prepares account reconciliations, assists with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, and helps ensure readiness for Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and other financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting audits, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and commitment to quality.
