This full-time role reports to the Accounting Manager and plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and a high degree of comfort with spreadsheets.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or CPA preferred
• Big 4 experience or a combination of Big 4 and industry is ideal
• CPA certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist with audit preparation and serve as a liaison to external auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to support financial reporting and business initiatives.
