About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and assist a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in a hands-on accounting role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements
