In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the company's financial operations, overseeing accounting processes, and providing guidance to the accounting team. This position ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounts while serving as a key resource for internal departments, clients, and vendors. Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an accounts receivable/payable position or similar.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate, error-free financial and statistical files and other records.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft and Google applications.

Responsibilities

  • AR-Generate and issue client invoices.
  • Track and process payment.
  • AP-Process payment for various vendors.
  • Sales Tax- Sales tax forms processing and filing.
  • Auditing when needed.
  • Auditing- Audit internal documents, procedures, and processes, credits, and account status.
  • Account reconciliation.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting- Sales documents, inventory reporting, secondary billing data.
  • Inventory Reconciliation-enter and audit inventory movement, including entries, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Manage and maintain client and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee and review the work of accounting clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication with various departments on projects and tasks status.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving internal and external errors and discrepancies.
