About The Position

We are seeking a contract Senior Accountant to support key process improvements on a fixed-term basis. This role will focus on designing and implementing accounting and reconciliation processes for Discounts and Rebates, establishing an effective allocation framework for Outbound Freight, and leading the setup of the Fixed Assets module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (including asset groups, depreciation, and reconciliations). This is a hands-on, project-driven opportunity ideal for a professional experienced in building scalable, well-controlled accounting processes in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

University degree in Business/Accounting, with advanced degree or professional accounting designation preferred or near completion of your designation.
Dynamic well-rounded individual with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure will meeting time sensitive deadlines.
Critical thinker with strong judgement and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Digitally fluent in MSOffice 365, Teams and SharePoint

Nice To Haves

Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet Reporting an asset and/or proficient in report writing with equivalent systems.
