About The Position

180 Degrees runs on more than good intentions, it runs on solid financial infrastructure. As our Senior Accountant, you're the person who makes sure every dollar is tracked, every grant requirement is met, and every leader has the accurate financial insight they need to make confident decisions. Your work behind the numbers is what keeps our mission-driven programs running strong. This role sits at the center of a genuinely complex funding structure: federal and state grants, foundation funding, and county per diem billing all rolled into one organization's financial operations. You bring order and accuracy to that complexity, ensuring full compliance while giving leadership the clear financial picture they need to plan ahead. Experience as an auditor is a strong plus, especially given the compliance-heavy nature of this role. This role is for you if: You're precise, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity across multiple funding streams. You know that strong compliance isn't a limitation, it's what protects the mission. You want your accounting expertise to matter beyond the balance sheet. And you're looking for meaningful work where financial excellence directly supports people doing life-changing work every day.
