Job Summary: The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting to support departments in achieving business objectives. This role will manage general ledger activities, prepare and review journal entries, perform reconciliations, drive process improvements, and ensure financial statements comply with internal and external policies, while assisting in overseeing the HOA Staff Accountant team and supporting all HOA-related accounting functions, including timely and accurate reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements. Position: Performs accounting and analysis functions relating to recording of transactions and production of reports and financial statements for assigned business units, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax filings, and annual audits. Provide accounting support to various shared services departments.
