About The Position
United Hospital District has an opening for a Senior Accountant (40hr/week full benefits position). This position would be 100% remote but can also accommodate a hybrid schedule if that is preferred. Come join the caring and committed team at UHD!
Requirements
- 5 years of General Ledger experience required
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Minnesota taxes is preferred
Responsibilities
- Preparing, inputting, balancing, and analyzing general ledger transactions
- Assisting in preparing workpapers for yearly financial audit and cost report
- Oversight of retirement audit
- Compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
