Your work helps our Operations and leadership teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Solid experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and month-end close
Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Experience with multi-unit or restaurant accounting
Inventory experience
Fixed asset experience
Payroll accounting experience
Budgeting/forecasting experience
ERP systems experience
External audit support experience

Responsibilities

General ledger accounting and month-end/year-end close
Journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Inventory and fixed asset accounting
Payroll accounting and reconciliations
Financial statements and supporting schedules
Store-level sales, labor, food cost, and profitability analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Audit support, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
Accounting SOPs, process improvement, and automation
Cross-functional partnership with Operations, Payroll, AP, Finance, and other teams
Strengthening processes, improving controls, supporting system enhancements, and building greater efficiency into our accounting operation.
