Requirements

Minimum 5 years accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree required.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
Strong PC skills with emphasis in Excel
Excellent analytical skills including data analysis tools
Attention to detail, good organization and time management
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all levels within the company
Team player, willing to assist with special projects and ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

5-7 years General Accounting experience

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly A/R and cash reconciliations for multiple operating divisions
Prepare general ledger schedules and journal entries
Maintain monthly Amortization schedules
Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts with large volume of transactions
Prepare monthly financial statements with supplemental trend schedules
Ability to analyze monthly variances and provide detailed explanation and support schedules
Assist in preparation of year-end audit schedules and audit requests
Collaborates with AP, Ops Accounting and Finance department team members
Other tasks and special projects as directed by manager
