About The Position

Advanced Facility Solutions is a leading facility services company operating as part of Persona Services Group — a growing, PE-backed multi-entity organization. We are building a high-performing, integrated accounting team and are looking for a Senior Accountant to join us in Fairfield. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll execute the month-end close for Triangle, work directly with the Assistant Controller, and collaborate with the Senior Accountant at our Persona Signs, LLC entity to standardize processes across the organization. Requirements

• 4-5 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar ERP; project-based accounting experience a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and flag issues proactively
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process for Advanced Facility Solutions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Prepare and post recurring journal entries across payroll, fixed assets, prepaids, commissions, and intercompany allocations
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules each period
• Analyze variances and provide clear explanations to support management reporting
• Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package for management review
• Support the monthly WIP accrual process through timely data exports and analysis
• Assist with annual audit preparation by pulling supporting documentation and schedules
• Partner with the Sr. Accountant at our Persona Signs, LLC entity to standardize close processes and reconciliation formats across both entities
