Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a Senior Accountant role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Someone who is proactive, organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a mid-market field services or industrial environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the month-end close process and daily accounting operations
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist with consolidated financial statements and annual audits (US GAAP)
- Support job cost accounting, reporting, and intercompany transactions
- Partner with leadership on management reporting and process improvements
- Help oversee key accounting functions, including AP, AR, fixed assets, and capital expenditures
