As a key member of our finance team, you will work directly with the Controller and operational leaders to help guide business decisions, improve processes, and provide meaningful financial insight across our Whitewater and Menomonee Falls operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manufacturing accounting experience
  • Cost accounting experience
  • Inventory accounting experience
  • CPA or related certification
  • ERP system experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while ensuring compliance with GAAP
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Partner with operations to understand manufacturing performance and cost drivers
  • Assist with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing analysis
  • Support audits and strengthen internal controls
  • Identify and implement process improvements within accounting and ERP systems
