About The Position

We are seeking a Revenue Senior Accountant to join our Revenue & A/R team who will perform detailed analysis of financial information, process documentation, problem solving, and make recommendations for improvements in reporting and processes. The Senior Accountant will also perform routine functions within the department including, but not limited to, preparing and testing reports, data queries, and financial system changes that impact the related area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA is a plus)
5 years of related experience
Excel: Intermediate to advanced user
Experience working with large sets of data
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm to be a supportive and positive team member

Nice To Haves

Experience in Oracle Cloud Systems or other large ERP
Experience with Power BI, SQL

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, execute SOX controls, and prepare audit requests for the Revenue Accounting team
Lead department projects to build, enhance or improve efficiency in financial reporting of Revenue and A/R
Serve as the subject matter expert on Revenue and A/R systems and underlying data to aid in producing effective reporting of financials
Collaborate with IT Systems Support to ensure downstream systems are functioning properly and that revenue‑related data flows are accurate and complete
Prepare and analyze product level revenue reporting ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operation and financial needs
Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Identify and resolve variances related to financial systems and the GL
Prepare ad-hoc reporting
