About The Position

Ready to bring your audit experience to a growing real estate and construction practice? As a Senior Accountant on our national Assurance team, you'll lead audit engagements for real estate and construction clients, working closely with managers, audit staff, and other related parties throughout the engagement. Our Assurance Practice is recognized throughout the U.S. for its technical expertise, and we're looking for someone with a passion for client service who wants to grow in a people-first culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required
2-5 years of progressive audit experience with a public accounting firm
CPA license, or actively working towards CPA designation, required
Experience with commercial and residential real estate
Experience with construction contractors and developers
Exposure to real estate related private funds

Responsibilities

Lead audit engagements for real estate and construction companies
Prepare and review annual audit reports, acting as a direct liaison with managers, audit staff, and other related parties
Conduct audits and assist clients through the financial reporting process
Develop an understanding of each client's business and industry to anticipate needs and provide effective guidance
Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the engagement, providing a high level of service
Train and support audit staff accountants throughout the engagement
