About The Position

Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms. We combine strategic expertise, data-driven insights, and creative innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. We are seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to support clients and internal teams in executing Amazon and marketplace strategies. This role is execution-focused, highly detail-oriented, and requires strong ownership across account management fundamentals. Client servicing, project coordination, reporting, merchandising, and analysis will be key functions in this role, with the expectation that the Specialist has foundational knowledge of Amazon and/or other eCommerce platforms.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, digital media, merchandising, or marketplace account support
  • Foundational understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, advertising ecosystem, and retail operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to develop within marketplace strategy
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Amazon account management across assigned portfolio
  • Execute against strategic plans developed by senior team members
  • Monitor Amazon accounts regularly to ensure accuracy, performance, and optimization opportunities
  • Manage merchandising updates, catalog hygiene, listing optimizations, and retail operations
  • Assist in marketing and promotional planning execution
  • Partner with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to support account growth initiatives
  • Prepare client-facing materials including decks, reporting, recaps, and action plans
  • Take detailed notes on client calls and track action items internally
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Identify optimization opportunities within assigned accounts and flag to leadership
  • Support business reviews and internal reporting processes
  • Stay up to date on Amazon updates, platform changes, and marketplace trends
