The candidate will be supported by global client-facing research analysts and product specialists. Key responsibilities include managing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for user adoption, leading renewal cycles, articulating value, negotiating terms, and introducing new products/services. The role also involves designing outreach programs, presenting company offerings, understanding client needs, representing the company at industry events, maintaining CRM records, collaborating internally, providing product feedback, and managing activities to meet annual sales targets. Travel is expected nationally with occasional international trips.
