The Senior Account Manager is the primary client contact, responsible for exceeding client expectations regarding agreed-upon Statements of Work (SOW). This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, balancing client needs with company objectives. The Senior Account Manager must quickly build trust and credibility, communicate account status to superiors and peers, and maintain daily client communication. A key aspect of this role is understanding and incorporating the unique patient/caregiver experience into strategies and solutions, given the company's focus on the patient journey. This role also involves handling sensitive patient information (PII and PHI) and adhering to strict privacy and regulatory training, including HIPAA, FDA, and FTC guidelines.
