About The Position

Circle Logistics is hiring a Senior Account Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role is a forward-thinking, service-oriented, incentive-driven business-to-business sales position supporting the company's growth as a third-party logistics provider. The Account Manager identifies sales opportunities, understands customer needs, develops personalized freight solutions, and builds stronger customer partnerships. The role also coordinates daily shipments, maintains accurate account information, collaborates on pricing and implementation plans, and helps ensure the company's No-Fail service commitment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Business-minded, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a bonus.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery.
Analyze customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
Match customer demand with quotes for freight-related inquiries.
Build strategies to increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
Maintain and update accurate information in company operating systems.
Organize and manage daily shipments to support the No-Fail policy.
Collaborate with the team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
Communicate effectively internally and externally.
Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems.
Maintain market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
