You will own expansion, retention, and commercial growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You are accountable for Net Revenue Retention. If you have not carried expansion quota and grown ARR materially, this is not your role. You own: 5–12 strategic accounts Expansion revenue target Net Revenue Retention target Renewal negotiations Commercial roadmap per account Executive stakeholder mapping Technical orchestration (not coding, but solution ownership) Cross-functional escalation You sell first. You support the second.
