As an Account Manager at Lucid Dream, you’ll be the day-to-day contact for client relationships, helping keep the work moving, communication clear, and clients confident. You’ll own the health of those accounts while listening closely for the opportunities, challenges, and signals that point toward what we should be doing next together. You'll serve as the connective tissue between strong delivery and long-term client partnerships by bringing a point of view, asking good questions, and pushing back when it serves the work. You'll translate what clients say into clear strategic and creative inputs for our internal teams, while partnering with project managers on execution and leadership on growth. You will not be responsible for managing every production detail, but you will be responsible for making sure the client relationship, strategic intent, and commercial opportunity stay clearly connected to the work. Qualified candidates have experience in client services at a digital agency, healthcare advertising agency, experiential studio, or similar creative production environment, ideally with exposure to life science clients.
