The Senior Account Manager oversees the servicing of a designated cyber book of business. This role involves developing and maintaining favorable internal and external relationships to provide the highest level of customer service by meeting or exceeding industry standards. The Senior Account Manager will research and resolve policy-related issues, recommend process enhancements, and provide strategic planning and consultative advice to clients. This includes producing, analyzing, and recommending changes to coverage plans, engaging in client strategy meetings, and presenting coverage plans and renewal terms. The role also requires assessing and interpreting exposure information, analyzing carrier quotes, and interpreting policy terms to ensure adequate coverage. Collaboration with senior staff on market selection and quote requests is expected, along with reviewing new business opportunities and providing recommendations. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors, and staying informed about industry trends and government regulations are key aspects of this position. Other responsibilities and duties as needed will also be performed.
