As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll demonstrate expertise of client business category, client brand, consumer segments and competitive brands. You will be presenting, communicating job progress, and identifying and developing best practices for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
  • 4+ years of agency experience in Client Service, Creative, or Production
  • 2+ years working knowledge of agency processes and procedures in Package Design, Consumer Promotion, and Direct Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Advertising, Public Relations, and an interest in developing digital/social experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e-commerce/direct-to-consumer (D2C) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate respect and support of agency co-workers through effective mobilization of agency resources to address projects initiated by clients or agency management.
  • Gain support of client personnel through effective communication with client brand management and support personal.
  • Successful start-up of jobs; timely satisfactory completion of jobs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of client business category, client brand and competitive brands.
  • Enhance agency deliverables through background research, presentation materials and contribution to concepts.
  • Keep billing current, accurate and reported to client satisfaction.
  • Lead the organization and execution required for more complex multi-brand or high visibility projects and events (e.g., National Sales Meeting, Nestle Senior Executive Tours).
  • Demonstrate the ability to present and defend appropriately agency deliverables to clients.
  • Ability to work across several different client assignments simultaneously while orchestrating priorities.
