We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing team at Teads. This role is ideal for a strategic and client-focused professional with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key liaison between our company and our most valued agency and brand partners, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, overseeing campaign strategy and performance, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. While a strong understanding of ad operations and digital campaign execution is beneficial, this role is primarily focused on strategic account growth, client satisfaction, and commercial success.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising, preferably within the adtech, programmatic, or media industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to own and grow enterprise-level client relationships, drive revenue, and create long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data to drive campaign optimizations and business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, IAS, etc), along with any DSP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and brand clients, ensuring their success and long-term retention through proactive relationship management.
  • Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals by identifying opportunities to expand clients’ investment in our solutions, aligning our offerings with their business goals.
  • Campaign Oversight & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance tracking, providing clients with strategic recommendations based on data insights through any form of activation (Managed Service, Self Service, and Programmatic deal IDs).
  • Client Consultation & Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices, industry trends, and campaign optimizations to maximize their return on investment.
  • Pre-Sale Strategy & Media Planning: Partner with Sales to develop customized pre-sale strategies, ensuring campaigns are set up for success from the start.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Ad Operations, Creative Strategy, Research & Insights and Sales Leadership—to advocate for client needs and drive innovation in our offerings.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall growth of the account management team.
