We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager to lead our seller success initiatives while enhancing the collector experience across the platform. This role manages and grows relationships with top-tier sellers, using strategic and data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive revenue and engagement on Fanatics Live. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management with analytical rigor to enhance both seller outcomes and overall marketplace performance, ensuring collectors have a trusted, engaging, and best-in-class experience on our platform. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our highest-performing sellers and high-potential new accounts. Additionally, you will leverage strategic planning and performance analytics to drive new business development, successfully onboard high-value strategic partners, and scale community-building initiatives. This role also involves collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and trust & safety, to deliver exceptional results.
