About The Position

DATAmundi.ai is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to strengthen and expand client relationships while driving measurable revenue growth. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on identifying client needs, mapping accounts, and positioning data and content solutions that deliver value.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client success, preferably in data services, AI solutions, or multilingual services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust at multiple levels of a client organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Comfort working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies (ML, NLP, GenAI, LLMs) is an asset, though not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client account(s), accountable for achieving the year-end revenue target.
  • Map client organizations to identify decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to deepen engagement.
  • Proactively identify and assess client data and content needs, aligning them with DATAmundi.ai’s multilingual data solutions and AI-driven services.
  • Position and sell data services that address evolving client challenges and opportunities.
  • Generate new opportunities within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell potential.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Solutioning and Marketing teams to qualify leads, develop proposals, and close business.
  • Ensure we remain a trusted partner by demonstrating measurable value in all client interactions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders to share progress, align on goals, and surface new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships that position DATAmundi.ai as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Monitor progress toward account revenue goals and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline development, and client activities.
