About The Position

This role is essential in delivering innovative solutions to State, Local, and Federal Government agencies to enhance their connectivity. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for growing sales opportunities through strategic networking, negotiation, and closing deals. A deep understanding of complex government agencies is crucial, as the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping these agencies optimize their operations. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending innovative solutions, seeking new growth opportunities, generating sales leads, writing proposals and responding to RFPs, providing follow-up training, managing the sales pipeline using sales management tools, generating forecasting and tracking reports, and staying updated on new offerings and market trends through training and research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

  • Growing sales opportunities through strategic networking, negotiating and closing sales.
