About The Position

The Senior Account Manager - Multifamily/HOA is responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with multifamily and homeowners association (HOA) clients, increasing the company’s footprint within MDU and HOA communities while serving as the primary point of contact for account support, service coordination, and issue resolution. This role partners closely with property managers, board members, and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments and client expectations. The Account Manager proactively identifies client needs, communicates service updates, and supports retention and satisfaction across assigned accounts while maintaining a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes.

Requirements

  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
  • A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or supervisory roles, with 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience managing multifamily, HOA, property management, telecommunications, utilities, or related service-based accounts
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and service agreements independently
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily and HOA operational structures, including property management and board governance processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and HOA boards
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
