About The Position
We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager (HOA) to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance of a multifamily community. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills to ensure high resident satisfaction and property success.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (recommended)
- 2+ years in property/community management
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of fair housing and landlord-tenant laws
Responsibilities
- Lead and support on-site team
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and reporting
- Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals
- Provide excellent resident service in English and Spanish
- Ensure compliance with policies and housing laws
