About The Position

Help transform how civilian government agencies serve millions of Canadians by helping them adopt the power of cloud. Account Manager focused on helping our Federal Civilian customers, you'll be the strategic voice of the customer owning relationships with Canadian federal agencies and helping them modernize critical missions. Think benefits delivery, tax processing, disaster response, scientific research the work your customers do touches nearly every Canadian.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
  • Experience selling into Canadian public sector

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
  • Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent
  • Experience selling into Canadian federal government departments or agencies
  • Understanding of Government of Canada procurement processes and frameworks
  • Familiarity with public sector digital transformation priorities (e.g., cloud adoption, data modernization, AI)

  • Understand your customers' missions deeply and translate their challenges into solutions that accelerate outcomes
  • Collaborate with solution architects, partner teams, and specialty teams to deliver business value

  • Navigate procurement environments and help customers move faster than they thought possible
