We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (experiential/events) who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and possesses innate instincts. This individual will bring order to chaos, earn the team’s trust by knowing every detail, and deliver to a standard that makes clients feel effortlessly in control. If you are the person others rely on to keep the engine running, this role is for you. You will be the operational core of a fast-moving account team, supporting the Account Director on well-known technology clients. Your portfolio will focus on brand activations, large-scale conferences, and multi-workstream programs running simultaneously. You will be trusted to track every moving part, flag risks proactively, and deliver materials that uphold Jack Morton’s reputation for excellence. You will operate in a demanding environment where excellence is the baseline and agility is essential, dealing with large-scale experiential builds, compressed timelines, and a high-level client. You will be the connective tissue between creative, production, and client, maintaining composure when things shift and always finding a path forward. This role is for someone who anticipates needs, proactively builds trackers, and writes status updates before meetings. You will be embedded in a demanding environment where excellence is the baseline and agility is essential.
