Additionally, the position involves managing policy expirations and renewals, conducting client research, preparing submissions, negotiating coverages, and presenting proposals. Monitoring accounts receivable, maintaining agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, and ensuring data accuracy are also key functions. The role emphasizes frequent, transparent communication with the account team, delivering excellent service, proactively anticipating client needs, and staying updated on company policies and procedures.
