About The Position

At Klim, we are building a movement together with farmers and companies to make regenerative agriculture scalable and impactful. As an AgriTech startup based in Berlin, we work with farmers to regenerate soils, promote biodiversity and sequester carbon – and through our platform, farmers receive fair compensation for doing so. With a Series A funding round of $22 million, we are expanding and are working with leading companies in the food industry such as Nestlé and Lorenz Snackworld to help them reduce emissions along their supply chains while simultaneously increasing their resilience and profitability. Since 2020, we have convinced more than 4,000 farmers managing more than 1.000.000 hectares across Germany and Poland to join us, and we are now the leading provider of Scope 3 solutions in Europe! Requirements

• Based in Poland.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Competencies in project management and regenerative agriculture.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Valid driving license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dairy and arable farming understanding their challenges.
• Grew up on a farm, completed an agricultural apprenticeship or degree.
• Thirst for knowledge about solutions and measures to overcome challenges in agriculture in a long-term and sustainable way and to implement these with farms.
• Enjoy working in a team, are happy to accept help, and make your skills available to the team.
• Enjoy and have a talent for direct personal, phone, and written communication with farmers.
• Meet farmers at equal terms to find common ground and solutions.
• Motivated by engaging with new fields and contributing to and helping build a new market.
• Can make decisions in the interest of the projects and enjoy finding practical solutions that can be implemented at short notice.
