About The Position

150Bond advises C-suite executives on how to tell their story as they scale. We work with founders, executives, and investors at some of the most consequential companies in tech. We're looking for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our global team in our hybrid San Francisco office. Hopefully, you're as excited as we are about innovative companies and top-tier investors working in fintech, sustainability, web3, VC, and other related fields. Ideally, you will have at least two years of experience working in a relevant communications role. In this role, you'll be communicating with CEOs and Heads of Comms on a daily basis, helping to drive messaging and strategy as well as supporting announcements from products to funding.

Requirements

1.5 + years of experience in the PR industry/journalism
Excellent writing skills
Have an interest in and solid understanding of the tech topics of today, from AI to blockchain to sustainability
Knowledge in any of our practice areas: Fintech, Venture Capital, Sustainability, Web3, Future of Work

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field preferred
An interest in the tech topics of today, from AI, blockchain, and sustainability to VC
Strong written and communication skills
Strong administrative skills, time management & excellent attention to detail
Adaptability and a willingness to learn
Agency experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Execute on client relationships and day-to-day account tasks
An ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment including, but not limited to, client relationship management, driving client calls, planning news announcements, end-of-month reporting, and strategy execution
Pitch and secure media coverage across top-tier media outlets
Cultivate and maintain strong media relationships
Develop messaging or write compelling stories in alignment with a company's goals, upcoming announcements
An ability to mentor and manage teams and ensure AE team members are keeping up with tasks
