About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive at HIFI, you'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract — with fintech platforms, marketplaces, neobanks, payroll providers, and enterprises building the next generation of global money movement. This is a technical sale. Our customers are builders and decision-makers who care deeply about infrastructure, reliability, and compliance. You'll earn their trust by understanding their problems, not by reciting a pitch deck. You'll work closely with our engineering and GTM teams to navigate complex deals and close business that lasts. We bias toward motion. Pipelines don't build themselves. If you touch it, you own it — that's how we work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales with a consistent track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals — ideally in fintech, payments, developer tools, or financial infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success as an early or founding-stage seller: you build pipeline from scratch and don't wait for inbound.
  • Fluency selling to both technical buyers (engineers, CTOs) and business decision-makers.
  • Clear, direct communicator — in writing, on calls, and in the room.
  • You execute when you commit, and you don't confuse activity with progress.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling payments infrastructure, stablecoin products, or banking-as-a-service platforms (Stripe/Bridge, Marqeta, Galileo, Lithic, or similar).
  • An existing network across fintech, crypto, or global payments buyers.
  • Familiarity with payment rails (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA) or stablecoin ecosystems (USDC, USDT, EVM).
  • Prior early-stage startup experience — you know what it means to build a function from zero.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close — for HIFI's stablecoin rails, card programs, and money-movement APIs.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across fintech, payments, and stablecoin ecosystems — you build it from scratch, not just work inbound.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's architecture, goals, and pain points — and map HIFI's platform to both.
  • Partner with solutions engineering and product to navigate technical evaluations and POCs, and close deals that last.
  • Keep forecasting honest and pipeline hygiene tight in CRM, and feed market intelligence back to product and GTM as the voice of the customer.
