About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships and delivering best-in-class service across product lines. The Senior Account Executive will leverage significant risk experience to evaluate exposures, review loss experience and financials, develop solutions, and support retention and growth objectives in collaboration with colleagues and producers.

Requirements

Significant risk experience in account management, client advisory, or a related insurance brokerage role.
Experience evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, and developing client recommendations.
Strong client relationship management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively across teams to support growth, retention, and service excellence.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting cross-functional account management teams on new business and retention efforts.
Strong understanding of market conditions, compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex client needs and improve the client experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow and financials, develop solutions, articulate the impact of options, and leverage prepared analytics to make recommendations to clients across product lines.
Work to retain clients and collaborate with other Account Management colleagues on generating new business.
Work with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and work to meet sales goals.
Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
Serve as a client contact and respond to more difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
Cultivate a comprehensive and robust understanding of changing market condition and understand and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
