Requirements
- Two backgrounds tend to translate well: Commercial real estate sales — investment sales, capital markets, brokerage, or title/lending, where you've sold relationships and trust as much as a product
- Enterprise or platform sales at a fast-growing technology, AI, or data infrastructure company (think Agora or similar), where you've sold into technical and executive buyers on a long, consultative cycle
- 5–8+ years of consultative, relationship-driven sales experience closing high-value deals with senior decision-makers
- Genuine comfort in a room with CEOs and principals — poise, credibility, and the ability to hold your own with aggressive, sophisticated professionals
- A hunter's mentality — you build your own pipeline, you don't wait on inbound
- Excellent follow-up, documentation, and organizational instincts
- Must be willing to travel once or twice a month
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require Bisnow's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective attendees and sponsors through research, outbound prospecting, and referrals from our existing member community
- Run the full sales cycle — outreach, pitch, objection-handling, close — and own the relationship after the deal is signed
- Work directly with the retreats team to grow Escape, Ascent, and Elevate into new markets and asset classes
- Keep pipeline and client data current and accurate in Salesforce
- Spot what's next — new formats, new verticals, new ways to get the right people in the room
