About The Position

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing sales for RTW and accessories for key accounts such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom. This role involves partnering with the VP of Wholesale on sales strategies, managing seasonal dilution, and analyzing business performance to drive sales and margin. The position also requires collaboration with merchandising and design teams, serving as a brand ambassador, and attending key markets with approximately 15% travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Strong Financial Acumen.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Understanding of trends in market.
  • Strong Product Knowledge.
  • Travel - approximately 15%.
  • Ability to partner with remote teams.

  • Preferred experience with managing Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, or Neiman Marcus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing sales for RTW and accessories (Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom).
  • Partner with VP of Wholesale on seasonal marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage seasonal dilution by account to ensure topline corporate profitability goals are achieved.
  • Analyze business in terms of financial and product and react to drive sales and margin.
  • Play key role in visual store representation and store experience by partnering with key accounts.
  • Provide WTD, MTD, STD, and YTD selling recaps with insight to business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store teams.
  • Consistently meet and exceed company sales goals.
  • Partner with merchandising team to create capsule collections for department stores.
  • Work with buying teams to differentiate by door assortments.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and design on RTW and accessory product needs.
  • Provide seasonal recaps to merchandising team regarding product needs.
  • Serve as brand ambassador in the field with finger on the pulse of the market.
  • Attend key markets – travel approximately 15%.
